Where we make the sauce
We produce our sauce at the Cleveland Culinary Launch & Kitchen,(CCLK) located on 2800 Euclid Ave. CCLK is designed for small business owners and startups in order to produce their product in a commercial kitchen that meet and exceed safety and health requirements. Small business owners find this service invaluable as the CCLK provides the kitchen space and equipment for an hourly fee-24/7 as many small business owners have other jobs and obligations.

Mission
Our mission is to produce and provide a quality, and delicious Bar-B-Q sauce and to make it available on the Internet as well as in local grocery stores. Eventually, we look into producing varying flavors and bottle sizes.

Quality and Assurance
After hot filling and capping, each bottle is visually inspected to insure no evidence of spillage is on the outside of the bottle. The bottle cap is then sealed with a heat shrink ban then visually inspected again for any missed smudge marks. Before applying the label, each bottle is finger scanned to ensure it is clean, smooth and free of any sauce blemishes before packing for distribution.

Online Ordering
Shipping is expensive and that is why we have it set where you can buy 5, 6, or 7 bottles. We think that it is a waste to pay $13.45 for one or two bottles but if you wish we can create a customized item for you if requested via our contact link.
